Artist's Statement

“"It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light". This is a painting of the first light, the dawn, a new light of the day... a start of something new Even if surrounded by shower of fog and it seems hard to see clearly, it is a reminder that this is the time to focus and believe in the beauty of dreams. "First Light through the Fog" is a quiet morning in the garden just after the fog is clearly out. It is the depiction of the soundless moment, a deep breath of fresh air and a moment of appreciation of the beauty of life.”
