Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiggal platform at tiggal.com ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Tiggal

Tiggal is a luxury multi-artist art marketplace operated from Bangkok, Thailand. The Platform connects art collectors with artists, featuring original artworks by Kotchakorn Chitpanorak and other curated artists.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using Tiggal, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

  • You may browse the Platform without an account.
  • To make purchases or access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Artwork Listings

  • All artworks listed on Tiggal are original works by verified artists.
  • Artwork descriptions, dimensions, materials, and pricing are provided by the artist and verified by our team.
  • Images are representative of the actual artwork. Minor color variations may occur due to screen differences.
  • Prices are displayed in USD. Local currency equivalents are approximate.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks remain the intellectual property of their respective artists unless explicitly transferred through a purchase.
  • Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless otherwise stated.
  • The Tiggal name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without permission.

6. Certificates of Authenticity

  • Each artwork sold through Tiggal comes with a digital Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
  • Certificates include artwork details, artist information, edition number (if applicable), and a unique verification code.
  • Certificates can be verified at tiggal.com/verify.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
  • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
