Artist's Statement

“Though the design is inspired by the world’s famous Jackson Pollock, the inspiration to paint it is from the lesson I learned from working for one of the most respected leaders in the countrythat...when in confusions, numbers start to tank, and presentations after presentations cannot tell the root cause… "go to the frontline" - that's where the real battle is. to watch and listen, to pick apart fundamental from daily problems, to find the build-up that causes this domino to rollthis painting and its cross-over of colors always remind me of the so-many-things-going-on of battle fields, how connected all units in one organization is, how often that real root cause usually comes in its authentic conversational form rather than bright and beautified on-screen version and lastly, to never forget to be on the ground to truly listen, because that’s where the real battle is.
