Artist's Statement

“Inspired by the book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (by Stephen R. Covey) that “Happiness, unlike unhappiness, is a proactive choice” and that “The ability to subordinate an impulse to a value is the essence of the proactive person”. It is a reminder that happiness is a choice and hence, a person’s own responsibility. Since the nature of the mind is to flow down, to be fearful and to be discouraged, it requires a constant work and push to build ‘a habit of being happy’.
